September and October Social Event

Postby 89yjgirl » Tue Sep 11, 2007 7:27 am

Because of how busy September has become and how fast it is going, I have decided not to do an Official September Social Event. As of right now, I am planning on having the Hayrack Ride at Shady Lane Ranch in Council Bluffs in October and if we have time, we will do a short notice Bowling Night in October as well. I am planning on having this, Saturday, October 26th, early evening. I need to get an estimate count of how many people are interested so I know how many hay rack's to reserve. The cost will depend on how many people go. I need to get our reservations in quickly because this place fills up pretty quickly as well. Please let me know by this Friday if you plan on going. Once I have the reservations made, I will send out another email with the details of times and meeting place and all that fun stuff!!! :) :)

Thanks
Heather

Alright guys, I am up to about 40 people for the hayrack ride. I booked 2 racks for the night so we can have up to 60 people. If anyone else would like to go, please let me know. Also if you are not going to be able to make it, please let me know as soon as possible as we still have to pay for 2 racks no matter how many people we have. You can fit up to 30 people per hayrack. Right now, the price is going to be $10 per person. Kids 3 and under are free. I will get an email out later this week with meeting place and the rest of the details!

Come on guys!!! we need 20 more people to fill up both hayracks!!!!

I know you said this so don't kill me for asking but what time and date for the Hayrack ride? Are we just meeting up at shady lanes? Is it still the 26th?

Thanks and again, sorry! I deleted the email and can't find it now.
